Brent Windom joined Uni-Select in June 2017 as President and Chief Operating Officer, Canadian Automotive Group. He was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, Uni-Select Inc., on May 1st, 2019. Mr. Windom has over 30 years of experience of transformational change in the automotive aftermarket industry. During his career, he has held various leadership roles and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Auto Plus ǀ Pep Boys, an important automotive aftermarket parts distributor in the U.S. His previous experience includes the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer of Uni-Select USA, Inc., Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Uni-Select North America, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Uni-Select USA, Inc. and Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising for Middle Atlantic Warehouse Distributor, Inc.Brent Windom sits on several industry boards in the U.S., of which the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA) and the Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF).
Mr. Bussières was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Uni-Select Inc. in May 2019. He joined the Corporation in November 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Uni-Select, Mr. Bussières spent over 10 years with CAE, a global leader in civil aviation, security, as well as healthcare services, where he held various positions that culminated in the role of Vice President Finance, Simulation Products, Civil Training and Services, which he held for five years. With strong financial and M&A experiences, and recognized as a results and strategy-oriented leader, Mr. Bussières has coordinated major investment initiatives in Great Britain, India, Malaysia, Europe, Latin America and the United States. Prior to joining CAE, he dedicated 15 years of his career providing financial counsel to private and public companies with Société Générale, from 1997 to 2005, and the Royal Bank of Canada, from 1991 to 1997. Mr. Bussières holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Université du Québec en Outaouais.
Joseph McCorry is a seasoned executive who brings more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry serving global aftermarket customers. He was most recently a board member, General Manager and Vice President, Global Business Unit, leading the OES business and strategic development of ZF AG, a global supplier of systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industrial technology, enabling the next generation of mobility. He previously served as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Vice President, ZF Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore, where he led units from the Middle East, India and Asia Pacific. Mr. McCorry holds an MBA from the University of Buffalo and is an alumnus of Stanford University after completing his SEP (Senior Executive Program).
Neil Croxson was appointed to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of The Parts Alliance U.K. in March 2019. He joined the organization as Group CFO in May 2015 and has been playing a pivotal role in the expansion of our network through selected acquisitions and the opening of 15 company-owned stores.
Prior to joining The Parts Alliance, Neil spent twelve years in the Rexel Group, a worldwide distributor of electrical materials, where he was CFO Northern Europe. Qualified as a Chartered accountant by the ICAEW, U.K.’s professional accounting body, Neil’s career has included distributing brands such as Toyota, Mercedes-Benz and Nissan working in SMEs as well as large PLC and seen him living in France and Africa as well as the U.K. Neil Croxson is a graduate of Hull University.
Louis Juneau was appointed Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Uni-Select Inc. in May 2019. He joined the Corporation in 2009 as Senior Director, Legal Affairs and was appointed Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary in 2013. He was named Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary in 2015.
Prior to joining Uni-Select, Me Juneau worked for seven years as Vice President, Legal Affairs and Secretary for a Canadian automotive parts manufacturer and distributor. He began his career at major law and accounting firms, including Stikeman Elliott and Deloitte. Louis Juneau is a member of the Quebec Bar since 1991. He holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from HEC Montreal. He recently completed the Directors Education Program by the Institute of Corporate Directors.
