Brian McManus

Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Uni-Select Inc.

Brian McManus is Executive Chair of Uni-Select Inc. since May 2021 and Chief Executive Officer since June 30, 2021. He was a partner at Cafa Financial Corporation, a private investment bank headquartered in Montreal, until early 2021. Prior to joining Cafa in 2020, Mr. McManus spent over 18 years as President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Stella-Jones Inc., a leading producer and marketer of pressure treated wood products.

Mr. McManus is a member of the Board of Directors of CSL Group Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Metro Inc. and a member of its Audit Committee.

Mr. McManus holds a B.A. in Economics from McGill University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Anthony Pagano

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Anthony Pagano was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer in May 2021. Before joining Uni-Select, Mr. Pagano was the CFO of Terrapure Environmental Ltd., a Canadian provider of innovative, cost effective environmental service and recycling solutions. Prior to that, he occupied a variety of senior positions at Restaurant Brands International including serving as President, Burger King, Asia Pacific and Head of Finance and Retail at Tim Hortons. Previously, he occupied increasingly senior finance and operations roles at Dollarama L.P. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical from McGill University and is a CFA charter holder.

Max Rogan

Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Max Rogan was appointed to the position of Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary in August 2021. Max is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in building teams and in mergers and acquisitions, international corporate structures, governance and compliance. Before joining Uni-Select, Mr. Rogan was Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Deputy Corporate Secretary at CGI, the multinational information technology consulting company. Prior to that, he worked in a senior legal position at WSP Global, where he played a key role in merger and acquisition and financing projects, and as a partner in the corporate department of a leading Canadian law firm.

Mr. Rogan is a member of the Quebec bar since 2004 and holds law degrees and an MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Emilie Gaudet

President and Chief Operating Officer, Canadian Automotive Group

Ms. Emilie Gaudet was appointed to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer, Canadian Automotive Group, on July 1st, 2021. In the last few years at Uni-Select, Emilie has held multiple roles such as Chief Financial Officer at FinishMaster in the US, Vice-President, Corporate Finance, Uni-Select Inc., and has been acting as interim Chief Financial Officer – Canadian Automotive Group (CAG). Earlier in her career, she demonstrated leadership in a variety of roles in Finance working in different environments from Telecommunication to Aerospace, in some of the largest companies in their industry, such as Cogeco Câble, Fido (Microcell) and CAE Inc.

Emilie is a dynamic leader who has developed an in-depth knowledge of our organization and an understanding of organizational transformations through her collaboration with several departments and her accomplishments.

In addition, she has gained experience in several major structuring projects and has worked with the Business Families Foundation. Emilie holds a degree in Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and an MBA from Lisbon MBA.

Michael Sylvester

President and Chief Operating Officer, FinishMaster, Inc.

Michael Sylvester has been appointed to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer for FinishMaster, Inc., effective October 11, 2021. Mike has over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles in the rail transport industry. He has proven to be a hands-on operator and a strategic negotiator with clients and suppliers, working in a mature industry with a mix of strong national clients, suppliers and regional players. In his precedent SVP role at Stella-Jones Inc., he demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, business integrations and a proven track record in operational excellence and market growth.

Sukhbir Kapoor

President and Chief Operating Officer, GSF Car Parts

Sukhbir Kapoor was appointed to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer, GSF Car Parts, effective January 3, 2023. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the automotive aftermarket industry and is a highly respected leader in the sector, having held senior positions in Euro Car Parts, LKQ Europe, Tenneco and Digraph Transport.

Sukhbir has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration and has international experience in Asia, Europe and the USA, working at senior levels in global manufacturing and distribution businesses. He is also widely recognized for his entrepreneurial approach as a change agent in the UK aftermarket parts industry.
