Mr. Courville is a corporate director and a chartered professional accountant. Previously a senior audit partner at Ernst & Young until the end of June 2014 with 37 years of experience working with Canadian, U.S. and International listed companies in various industries. Currently President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors (Québec Chapter) and a director, Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee and member of the Executive Committee of the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation.
Mr. Bussières is Chief Financial Officer at Uni-Select Inc. since November 30, 2015. Prior to joining Uni-Select, Mr. Bussières spent over 10 years with CAE, a global leader in civil aviation, security, as well as healthcare services, where he held various positions that culminated in the role of Vice President Finance, Simulation Products, Civil Training and Services, which he held for five years. With strong financial and M&A experiences, and recognized as a determined, results and strategy-oriented leader, Eric has coordinated important investment initiatives in Great Britain, India, Malaysia, Europe, Latin America and the United States. Prior to joining CAE, he dedicated fifteen years of his career providing financial counsel to private and public companies with Société Générale, from 1997 to 2005, and the Royal Bank of Canada, from 1991 to 1997. Mr. Bussières holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Université du Québec en Outaouais, a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke.
Brent Windom is President and Chief Operating Officer, Canadian Automotive Group.
Prior to his appointement in July 2017, Mr. Windom was President and Chief Executive Officer of Auto Plus | Pep Boys in the United States. He has over 30 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry. During his career, he has held various leadership positions and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Uni-Select USA, Inc. His previous experience includes the positions of Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Uni-Select North America, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Uni-Select USA, Inc. and Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising for MIddle Atlantic Warehouse Distributor, Inc.
Chris Adams was appointed President & Chief Operating Officer, FinishMaster, Inc., in September 2018. He joined the team in June 2018 bringing with him over 20 years of executive leadership experience. Prior to joining FinishMaster, Mr. Adams most recently served as Senior Vice President of the Western Division of Abra Autobody and Glass. Over his decades of experience, Mr. Adams has held various leadership roles across multiple industries including Senior Vice President of Stores and Operations for The Pep Boys. Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Adams also led Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s first overseas launch in the U.K.
Neil Croxson was appointed to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of The Parts Alliance U.K. in March 2019. He joined the organization as Group CFO in May 2015 and has been playing a pivotal role in the expansion of our network through selected acquisitions and the opening of 15 company-owned stores.
Prior to joining The Parts Alliance, Neil spent twelve years in the Rexel Group, a worldwide distributor of electrical materials, where he was CFO Northern Europe. Qualified as a Chartered accountant by the ICAEW, U.K.’s professional accounting body, Neil’s career has included distributing brands such as Toyota, Mercedes-Benz and Nissan working in SMEs as well as large PLC and seen him living in France and Africa as well as the U.K. Neil Croxson is a graduate of Hull University.
Marie-Noëlle joined Uni-Select in December 2017 as Vice President, Human Resources for the Canadian Automotive Group and was appointed Interim Chief People Officer on October 1, 2018. She has over 20 years of Human Resources experience, ranging from compensation and benefits to strategic people management. Prior to joining Uni-Select, she held several roles of increasing responsibilities at Novatris Pharmaceuticals. She held the position of Canada Human Resources Head for Novartis Oncology, Head of Compensation & Benefits for Novartis Oncology Europe and Emerging Growth countries (Basel, Switzerland), and Head of Reward for Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK and Ireland (London, UK).
She has had extensive international experience leading organizational transformations, especially in her time leading global projects, such as M&A activities. She helped accelerate Human Resources transformations through leadership development, change excellence and attraction of the best talent, while enabling a culture of engagement, agility, innovation and collaboration.
Marie-Noelle was part of the 2016 cohort of Harvard Business School’s Women Leadership Forum. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Université du Québec à Montréal, a Superior Cycle Diploma in Change Management from Université Laval and an Executive MBA from McGill-HEC.
Louis Juneau has been employed by Uni-Select since 2009. He was Senior Director, Legal Affairs until he was named Vice President, Legal Affairs and Secretary on March 1, 2013. Before he joined Uni-Select, Mr. Juneau worked for seven years as Vice President, Legal Affairs and Secretary for an automotive parts manufacturer and distributor and previously for major law and accountants firms. He is a Member of the Quebec Bar since 1991 and holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from the HEC Montreal.
